The Saint Rose of Lima Saints program is intended to help us teach the basics of the Catholic Faith to your children in an enjoyable manner. The monthly challenges in the Series deal with one or more of the following themes: (1) the teachings of the church, (2) the Christian way of life, and (3) our Catholic worship. View flyer.

Each Month a new saint will be introduced and his/her virtues will be highlighted for instruction and contemplation.

Children can learn a lot from imitation. The program will ask them to perform tasks and service to others that imitate saintly behavior. Under each virtue will be listed 3-4 required assignments.

Simply have your children follow the instructions given on the website. Once all candidates have successfully completed the requirements, the Saints Board will choose up to 2 award recipients per class.

The awards are a certificate, a medal and a prayer card. The winners will be recognized at the first Friday mass each month throughout the school year.

Our hopes are that their young minds will grasp the teachings and examples of the saints. May your children also experience enjoyment in learning about the saints. They are citizens of God’s kingdom and these virtues can prepare them for their calling!
