Cleaning/Health Supplies

All classrooms(8) and for the office, phys.ed., computer, art, music, Library, cafeteria, need…

• Boxes of Kleenex (two/child)
• Regular liquid hand soap (one/child)
• Antibacterial soap (When water is not available)(one/child)
• Antibacterial wipes for cleaning (one/child)
  **Extra of the above items is needed for computer, library, etc.
  

Grades K-6

Colored sticky notes – These are used in various subjects. Students use these in many hands-on activities in math, language arts, library etc.(two packs/child of assorted colors)

Grades 3-6

Index cards: 3x5, and 4x6 colored and white – students use these In various research, and note taking activities (two packs/child)

Art

The art supplies are also used in the regular classroom so it is necessary that each child have these items:

• 1-water color paint set
• 1-bottle of liquid glue (such as Elmer’s white glue)
• 5-large glue sticks (these may need replenished later in the year)
• 1-pair of children’s scissors marked with their name (These will be kept in a separate container in the classroom. They are not permitted to be kept in desks, or in book bags)
• 1-12 inch ruler with centi-meter markings on one side as well (preferably a see through plastic)
• 1-pack of crayons (16 or 24)
• 1-pack of colored pencils

GRADE 1

Purchase in any store:

• 20-Pencils # 2
• 4-Pencil erasers
• 2-Large erasers
• 1-Zippered Pencil bag please (no plastic boxes): Large enough to hold crayons/pencils
• 2- Two pocket folders (used for take-home and test folder)
• 1 pair of “ear buds” (6ft cord/wire) to be used with computers when sound is necessary for learning or research (Place in a Ziploc bag with the child’s first and last name on it in black permanent magic marker)
  Purchase through school only $3.75/child
• 3-1st grade copybooks

GRADE 2

Purchase in any store:

• 1-Highlighter (any color)
• 12-Pencils # 2
• 4-Pencil erasers
• 2-Large erasers
• 1-Pencil case or bag: Large enough to hold crayons/pencils
• 1-folder (used for homework, can be any color or design)
• 1-folder of each of the following colors-total of 6 folders (red, orange, yellow, green, blue & purple)
• 1 pair of “ear buds” (6ft cord/wire)to be used with computers when sound is necessary for learning or research (Place in a Ziploc bag with the child’s first and last name on it in black permanent magic marker)

GRADE 3
