Catie Skehan, 2nd grade teacher, has been raising, teaching or counseling children for 15 years. She has a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Columbia University Teachers College and a Master’s degree in School Counseling with a certificate in Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.

She is a York native and mother to Saint Rose students, Nezzie and Tommy, 6 year old twins, and William, 3 years old. She converted to Catholicism in 2012 and believes that the traditional values of a Catholic school provide the critical foundation for a lifetime of learning and leadership.

Mrs. Skehan says “Saint Rose is the home I have been looking for as a mother and teacher!”
