End of Year Awards Ceremony
On Monday, June 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM, we will hold our End of Year Awards Ceremony for all students in grades K-5. These will be academic awards recognizing students for their hard work and effort. We hope you will join us!
Sixth Grade Sending Forth Ceremony
On Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 4:00 PM, our sixth grade class will have their Sending Forth Ceremony. The Sending Forth Ceremony will begin with a mass celebrated by Father Celestine, followed by the awarding of certificates. Immediately afterward, we will host a reception in the Church Hall. This will provide families with an opportunity to take photos, socialize with one another, and view the sixth grade slideshow.
Saint Wax Museum
Our 1st and 3rd grade students have been working hard preparing to portray their chosen saints. During the event, they will “come to life” and share what they have learned about these inspiring individuals.
Families are invited to attend and walk through the museum to see the students’ hard work in action. It is always such a special and memorable experience for both the students and their visitors! Students are working on their "speech" and posters at school. Please mark your calendars—we would love to see you there. Thank you for your support!
Thank you - Holy Saviour
Thank you to all of our families who helped place flags on the graves of our veterans at Holy Saviour Cemetery. It is truly an incredible honor to serve and remember those who gave so much for our country.
We would especially like to thank the Poletti Family, Miller Family, Langer Family, Raetz Family, Wisman Family, Bloomfield Family, Spence Family, Ebersole Family, Kipple Family, Poiter Family, and Johnston Family for their time, service, and support. Your participation helped make this meaningful tradition possible, and we are grateful for your dedication and respect for our veterans.
Summer Work Packets
As we begin summer break, we encourage students to continue practicing important skills to help them stay prepared for the upcoming school year. Summer work packets have been sent home and include activities designed to reinforce learning in reading, writing, and math.
Parents, your support makes a big difference. Setting aside a little time each week for students to complete activities, read daily, and practice basic skills can help prevent summer learning loss and build confidence for the fall.
Please make sure packets are kept in a safe place and completed before the start of the new school year. If you have any questions regarding the assignments, feel free to contact the school office.
Thank you to all volunteers
Thank you to all of our volunteers who helped us throughout the year. The St. Rose of Lima community is truly grateful for each and every one of you. Without your generosity and support, so many important activities and events would not be possible.
We are especially thankful for those who regularly assisted with classroom support, lunchroom help, Field Day volunteering, Christmas Celebration Day, Fall Festival, our Home and School Association (HSA), Fathers’ Club, and so much more.
Your time, dedication, and willingness to serve make a lasting difference in the lives of our students and school community. Thank you for sharing your talents and helping make this year such a success!

Summer Message
Dear St Rose Families,
As we wrap up another successful school year, I want to thank our students, families, teachers, and staff for their hard work, support, and dedication throughout the year. Together, we celebrated many achievements, created lasting memories, and continued to grow as a school community.
Summer is a wonderful time to relax, recharge, and enjoy special moments with family and friends. I encourage our students to continue reading, exploring new interests, and staying curious during the break.
We are already looking forward to welcoming everyone back in August for another exciting year filled with learning, growth, and opportunity. Until then, I wish you a safe, happy, and restful summer!
Fondly,
Mrs. Johnston
